The Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) will collect money from bank accounts if the past due amount is $100.00 or greater. Each bank account may be levied multiple times a year.

Bank levy fees are non-refundable charges by the bank. DCSS does not receive any portion of the fee.

If the levied amount creates a hardship, contact OC CSS Bank Levy Team at 866-901-3212 or fax us your last 3 months of bank statements at 714-347-8075 immediately and a caseworker will call your back to discuss options.
