In Person:
Pay in person using cash, check or credit card. Cashiers and a kiosk are available in our office located at 1055 N. Main St., Santa Ana, CA 92701.
A kiosk is also available at the Lamoreaux Justice Center located at 341 The City Drive, Orange CA 92868.
A 1.9% fee will be charged when using a credit or debit card with a cashier. A 2.7% fee will be charged when using a credit or debit card through the TouchPay kiosk or mobile app.

Online: Online credit and debit card payments are processed through the CA State Disbursement Unit (SDU). A 1.9% fee will be charged.
Payments that directly debit your bank account are processed through ExpertPay, a funds verification service. ExpertPay applies a one-time $2.50 registration fee.
PayPal: A 2.49% fee ($3.95 minimum) will be charged when using PayPal.
Alternative Locations: To make payments at participating MoneyGram locations, you will need your participant identification number and access code 14630. For PayNearMe, use the link below to get a personal barcode used to make payments at participating locations. A $1.99 cash only fee applies when using MoneyGram or PayNearMe. A 2.7% fee will be charged when using a credit or debit card through the TouchPay kiosk or mobile app.

California is moving to paperless payment distribution. If you receive Paper Check payments, you need to sign up for Direct Deposit or a Child Support Debit MasterCard. Some exceptions apply.
