For your convenience we offer many on-site services such as genetic testing to establish paternity, Forms Workshop to guide you in completing forms, a representative from the Family Law Facilitator’s office to assist you with your family legal matters, and Child Support Orientation Workshops to learn more about the child support program and services offered. Please read below to learn more about our special service hours.
Genetic Testing – A genetic test sample is collected by swabbing the inner mouth of the mother, child and possible father. Motherless genetic tests can be completed when the mother of the child is unavailable to provide a DNA sample. A LabCorp representative is in our office to conduct on-site genetic tests on Tuesdays through Fridays from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. You may call (866) 901-3212 for an appointment or walk-in to our office.
Forms Workshop – Filling out forms can get complicated that’s why we have a Forms Workshop with trained child support staff and volunteers to guide you in completing forms sent to you by our office. Visit our office on Tuesdays through Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Family Law Facilitator – A Family Law Facilitator (FLF) is a lawyer with experience in family law who works for the Superior Court of California. A FLF representative is in our office to assist you with your family related legal matters on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Orientation Workshops – Child Support representatives will provide an overview of the child support program, services offered and will answer any questions you may have. Visit our office on the 2nd or 4th Wednesday of each month at 9:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. to learn more about the child support program.
