For your convenience we offer many on-site services such as genetic testing to establish paternity, Forms Workshop to guide you in completing forms, and Child Support Orientation Workshops to learn more about the child support program and services offered. Please read below to learn more about our special service hours.

  • Genetic Testing – A genetic test sample is collected by swabbing the inner mouth of the mother, child and possible father. Motherless genetic tests can be completed when the mother of the child is unavailable to provide a DNA sample. A LabCorp representative is in our office to conduct on-site genetic tests on Tuesdays through Fridays from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. You may call (866) 901-3212 for an appointment or walk-in to our office.
  • Forms Workshop – Filling out forms can get complicated, that’s why we have a Forms Workshop with trained child support staff and volunteers to guide you in completing forms sent to you by our office. Visit our office Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and bring copies of pay stubs, tax returns, child care receipts, or other information we may have requested.
  • Military & Veteran's Service Desk (MVSD) - MVSD is designed to serve military personnel and veterans to help address child support concerns. A MVSD Liaison is available onsite to assist parents who face circumstances that may affect their child support obligation or ability to pay support during deployment, reassignment, retirement medical discharge and provide community resource information. For more information, view the MVSD Brochure.
