Receive Payments Electronically

Receiving child support payments is easy and secure. Please watch the short video to learn more about payment options.

Receiving Child Support Payments

Direct Deposit

  • When you sign-up for Direct Deposit, payments will be deposited directly into a checking or savings account within two business days after payments are received by the SDU.
  • If you have been denied a bank account due to bad checks, overdrafts or identity theft, policy changes in some banks may now allow you to re-open an account. Check with your local bank for more information.

Electronic Payment Card (EPC)

  • When you sign-up for an EPC, payments will be automatically deposited into your Electronic Payment Card account within two business days after payments are received by the SDU.  The card can be used just like a debit or credit card at any location where MasterCard is accepted, and you have access to your account online 24 hours a day.
