Stipulations involving support issues, in cases CSS is enforcing, must be approved (signed) by a CSS attorney prior to filing or they will not be valid. This includes the compromise of custodial parent arrearages. The assigned attorney should be contacted through their assigned paralegal, for approval and signature. If a stipulation involves current child support, a disso master printout showing that the order is a guideline amount, needs to be attached to the stipulation before it will be approved by the attorney.
