If CSS files a Complaint to establish paternity and child support against an alleged parent, once their answer is received, CSS will set on calendar a Motion for Judgment. If you want to resolve the issues by stipulation prior to the court date or have any questions regarding the process, contact the paralegal assigned to the case.
