Custodial Parents can Enroll/Terminate Direct Deposit through the State Disbursement Unit’s (SDU) website or Integrated Voice Response (IVR) system:

  Important: To enroll through the SDU’s website you'll need your Social Security Number and your Statewide System (SWS) Participant ID number. If you do not know your 13 digit SWS number you may call the SDU’s Electronic Help Desk at 1-866-325-1010, 7AM-8PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
  *Please note, your SWS number consistes of, 059 followed by your PIN issued by your local child support office. eg. (059 07 0123 1234)
  
• Enroll through the SDU's IVR system at 1-866-325-1010.
• You can also download and print the * Direct Deposit Authorization form  (DCSS 0485) from the SDU's website and return it to them directly at:
